All This For Not Wearing A Seatbelt: Police Break Vehicle Window & Taze Passenger!

http://youtu.be/InyCNDZJOGA

First the officers should have taken into consideration of the kids being in the back seat before breaking the window in front of them. There was no need for the police to proceed aggressively, considering the driver and the passenger gave them their information. Also in my opinion there was no need for the passengers to be asked to get out their vehicle  scene there was no warrant for their arrest or signs of DUI.

White S.C. Trooper Sean Groupert Shoots Cooperative Black Citizen

In this case, they clearly can’t use the excuse of black men being shot because we’re not cooperating with police.

Seeing that Darren Hunt had a white family and close white friends that loved him. Hopefully we’ll see more white Americans  willing  to express sympathy, with this national epidemic of black men being killed by police.

Why Don’t You Shoot Me? Police Diffuse A Drunk Gun-Toting White Man Peacefully After A Stand-Off

Robert Addison   – Shot 8 times in just seconds of his encounter with the police yielding only a knife

Milton Hall – Shot a total of 47 times yielding only a knife.

There are countless cases in which black men that were clearly in an unstable state of mind and posed a significantly minimal threat in comparison to this white man and his rifle.  These black men, however, were not awarded the opportunity to be diffused or even handcuffed and tried in a court.  They were gunned down savagely.

Video Shows St. Louis Police Killed Kajieme Powell Then Placed Him In Cuffs

Police shoot us when they are in a position to use a taser, and they use the taser on us when they are in a position to just make an arrest. It’s always excessive force when dealing with black men.

White Ferguson Cop Calls Michael Brown Protesters ‘Fucking Animals’ Caught On Tape

This is nothing new for us, deep down the entire black community knows this is how the majority of white police view us.  What’s interesting is CNN caught what the officer said and decided to report it.

Police Fatally Shoot Unarmed Black Teenager Michael Brown!

https://youtu.be/K8Lsn8xVc5U

The majority of police across the country treat black men as criminals first, which further gives us the feeling of not being equivalent to white men as  American citizens in this country. True talk, I don’t believe if Michael Brown was a white boy in a white community he would have been killed. There was no justified reason for this unarmed teenager to be shot six times by police.

Eric Garner Dies After NYPD Choked Him To Death

He told the police eight times that he couldn’t breathe and they continued to choked him without any care for his life. If i killed someone that’s not trying to kill me  i’m sure i would be facing a murder charge. Police should be held to the same accountability as us.

Police Brutality: California Highway Patrol Officer Beats Black Woman On Side Of Freeway

http://youtu.be/NnpT6GLk6a0

It’s clear in the eyes of the officer that she was viewed as being black first over being a female.  When he was attacking her he didn’t see a female, he saw a black person only. This is a message to all black women across America, please don’t be naive to police brutality.  You are not excluded from this practice that is so deeply embedded in the fiber of the vast majority of police organizations in this country.

WHITE BOSS CAUGHT ON TAPE MAKING RACIST REMARKS TO BLACK EMPLOYEES

http://youtu.be/WvPifrQ-nZU

Racism at the work place is the most frequent but also the least acknowledged form of racism in today’s society.   The majority of  the leadership positions in American companies are held by white men, which puts African American employees in a vulnerable situation when faced with racism. Think about it,  it’s complicated to argue with your white boss when they are able to dictate your financial situation.  In addition, the boss’ colleagues that are in a position of equivalent power, and are also typically white, likely share his views.  This is why we have some black people that are content and submissive to being unfairly treated in the work place.  They accept lower salaries than their white counterparts, adhere to more strict dress codes, and are less likely to be promoted. So much appreciation to these two black men that were willing to put their finances on the line for the respect of their culture.
