Tiyon Williams stated after seeing Baltimore Police Officers throw his friend to the ground he became scared and ran. Tiyon Williams who was just exiting a neighborhood store ran away from the incident after he saw police approach his friend. Williams says he surrendered putting his hand up in the air when police slammed him to the ground and began to beat him. Williams who has no criminal record was taking to hospital and left there.

Nineteen-year-old Kendrec McDade was shot at point-blank range by one Pasadena police officer and handcuffed after being struck by a total of seven bullets, according to the autopsyreport released Friday by the Los Angeles County coroner’s office.
A University of Florida professor recently published an article in “Law and History Review” from Cambridge Journals, which asserts that the racist and oppressive history of police officers in New Orleans have many Blacks viewing cops as “killers behind the badge.”
The research was done using police and newspaper reports between the 20-year time period, focusing solely on the deaths of civilians at the hands of the police. During this time, New Orleans was notoriously crime-ridden and violent, and violent offenders, Black and White, were dealt swift justice that often resulted in death. Blacks were killed at four times the rate of White suspects, with Professor Adler pointing out some facts that possibly contributed to the high numbers.
A grand jury has found that a White Plains police officer committed no crime when he fatally shot an elderly former Marine after an emotional standoff at the man’s apartment, authorities said yesterday.
The family of the slain man, 68-year-old Kenneth Chamberlain Sr., promptly said they would ask federal authorities to open a probe of the racially charged case.
“I have to question what evidence was presented to the grand jury . . . No indictment sends a very strong message to the people of Westchester County regarding police misconduct, brutality and criminality,” said Chamberlain’s son, Kenneth Jr., who had hoped for a murder charge against the cop who shot his dad.
“I don’t miss driving around scared to hit mexicans walkin on the side of the street, soft (expletive) wanna be thugs messin with peoples cars when they aint around (what are you provin, that you can dent a car when no ones watchin) don’t make you a man in my book,” Zimmerman wrote on the page. “Workin 96 hours to get a decent pay check, gettin knifes pulled on you by every mexican you run into!”
Two other August 2005 posts make references to Zimmerman’s legal problems. In one, Zimmerman boasted of escaping two felony charges stemming from a physical altercation outside of a bar with a law enforcement officer. The second incident involved a legal battle with a former girlfriend Zimmerman described as an “ex-hoe” who he wrote “tried her hardest, but the judge saw through it!”
GlobalGrind is deeply concerned about the death of 20 year old, Bo Morrison in the early hours of March 3rd in the small Wisconsin town of Slinger (population 3910). Protected under the “Castle Doctrine, ” an outshoot of Florida’s Stand Your Ground law, Bo’s killer, Adam Kind is a free man.
Here is what we know:
There was an underage drinking party at the home of Tim Hess, the neighbor of Mr. Kind, which Bo was attending. It was Mr. Hess’ daughters who were the hosts of the party. Kind, 35, called police at about 1:00AM, complaining of loud music coming from a car parked in his neighbor’s driveway. He pounded on the window of the car and asked a woman inside to turn down the music. She refused. The police arrive on the scene at 1:05AM.
For 45 minutes, the police try to get into the garage in the back of the Hess house, where the young people are partying, but to no avail. They leave the garage area, but park their cars just a few hundred feet away from both the Hess house and the Kind home.
At 1:50AM, the police call Adam Kind and explain that they will cite the party hosts in the morning. They speak with Adam for 4 1/2 minutes. The police say he was appreciative and would give a statement in the morning. Mr. Kind claims he went back to sleep with his wife.
At 1:55AM, the father of the party’s host come outside and kicks down the door of the garage and all of the young people run. Bo runs and hides in the Adam Kind’s enclosed porch in the back of his house.
At 1:56AM Bo is shot dead. The police cars are still outside the house. Bo is killed while the cops are only a few hundred feet from the house.
At 2:00AM Adam’s wife calls 911 to report the shooting.
As we examine the facts in the case, we are troubled that Mr. Kind had called the police three times during the evening, visited the underage drinking party that was happening next door to his home, received a 4 1/2 call from the police after they have arrived on the scene, and still came out of his house with a Colt 45, ultimately shooting Bo, who was hiding in his enclosed porch.
Neighborhood watchman George Zimmerman was released on $150,000 bail from a Florida jail late Sunday night, 12 days after he was arrested for killing 17-year-old Trayvon Martin.
Zimmerman, 28, was let out of the Seminole County Jail just before midnight.
Carrying a brown paper bag and wearing blue jeans and a brown windbreaker, Zimmerman refused to comment as he quickly got into a BMW SUV and was whisked away, flanked by at least three police cars.
CBS News) SANFORD, Fla. – A judge granted bail for George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch volunteer charged with killing Florida teenager Trayvon Martin, but would not allow his release Friday, citing further discussions needed about the terms, including whether or not he would be allowed out of state.
Circuit Judge Kenneth Lester also said that Zimmerman must not have any contact with the victim’s family; must wear an ankle monitoring bracelet; and adhere to a 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew. The judge’s order also states that Zimmerman cannot be in possession of firearms and must not consume alcohol or controlled substances.
Taking the stand during the hearing at the Seminole County Criminal Justice Center, Zimmerman addressed the parents of Martin, who were seated in court: “I wanted to say that I am sorry for the loss of your son.
“I did not know how old he was,” he said. “I thought he was a little bit younger than I am. And I did not know whether he was armed or not.”
