My cousin was tased by police officers before and at 200+ pounds, he’s a big dude. From his words on his personal incident, as soon as the taser hit him he was completely incapacitated with no physical control over his body. He especially wasn’t able to cause harm to the officers. For this reason, this case seems exceptionally questionable to me. It’s hard to believe that 2 officers that claim to have used a taser but failed to subdue one unarmed teenager and were forced to resort to shooting him 4 times.
