The “Stand your Ground” Florida gun law was created ONLY for the benefit of white Floridians. There’s no reason for Mr. Dooley, being a senior citizen over 70 years old, to be sent to prison when he tried to walk away from an altercation that was amplified by David James, an ex-military active man 28 years younger. This was even the testimony of David James’ own daughter. The basics of the “Stand your Ground” law is right to be able to legally defend yourself when you feel your life is in danger. It was nothing for this 240 lb white man to hit this over 70 year old, 160 lb black man and deliver a fatal blow.

NOW THEY’RE USING LOUD MUSIC AS SOME TYPE OF JUSTIFICATION FOR KILLING US. WHAT’S NEXT, HOW WE DRESS?
This reaction is no surprise, considering the majority of white America did not vote for OBAMA, and he was still able to pull off a win. White America feels like the country is theirs only, and have to maintain complete control. But the truth is if we keep moving in this direction the minorities will become the majority and the complexion of America will look a lot darker.

From Rodney King in 1991 to a college student in 2012, it really doesn’t matter your social Status, if you’re black in America there’s a high possibility of this happening to you.
This case is one of the most obvious displays of police corruption in recent years. So they want us to believe that Chavis shot himself in the right temple while he was handcuffed with his hands behind his back, and he’s left handed. Also, they admitted to searching him twice and didn’t find a gun, but found a sack of weed. Truth is Arkansa police created such a ridiculous story because too many times us as black people just accept whatever we’re told.
